The border region is one of the least developed regions in both participating countries.
Through the reconstruction of historical monuments - Little manor house in Snina and Khust castle ruins teritory will improve the tourist infrastructure in both regions by attracting tourists, which will contribute to the development of tourism, and the development of SMEs.
During the project implementation, the smith plein air in Snina and Festival „Conquering the castle“ in Khust will be organized with the aim of presentation of the culture for the young generation.
The organization of soft activities (The smith plein air in Snina and Festival „Conquering the castle“ in Khust) promotional events (Opening and Final conference) and promotion of project and partners regions (by distributing promotional brochures, web site, social media , newspaper articles) will increase the number of visits to the regions, which will improve the situation in the field of tourism, increase the competitiveness of the regions, support business and decrease migration of young people to bigger towns.
