The project is aimed at promoting local culture and preserving cultural heritage. Its main objective is to preserve the traditions and cultural heritage typical for the Slovak-Ukrainian border. Infrastructure renewal will create the suitable conditions for the presentation and dissemination of places of tradition and cultural heritage. Thanks to cross-border exchanges and joint cultural events, people will learn more about cultural heritage and traditions. New friendships and relationships between the people of each partner will be created. Thanks to the implementation of this project, we expect an increase in the interest in cultural heritage because cross-border activities will cover a much larger target group of people, with an increase in the number of visitors and tourists. The results and activities of the project will have positive impact to all local residents, visitors, tourists as well as providers of services in tourism.
