Objectives of your project idea: Short-term 1. Preventing the destruction and restoration of authentic architecture of the Nevytsky Castle. 2. Receiving new historical facts about the region. Long-term 1. Increase of tourist attractiveness of Uzhgorod district 2. Establishment of a new cross-border tourist route "Journey to the Drugets Castles"
Expected results: Increasement in number of visitors of Nevytsky Castle, Increasement of local budget revenues
Target groups/final beneficiaries: Target groups: tourists, historians, researches
Final beneficiaries: local authorities, local inhabitants
Main planned activities: 1. Carrying out of repair and restoration works of the main castle tower. 2. Carrying out archaeological excavations on the unexplored territory of the castle.
