The Joint Technical Secretariat of the HUSKROUA Programme is organizing an online workshop for the Romanian Beneficiaries on the 30th of June, 2022 (11:00-13:00 Bucharest time).

The Joint Technical Secretariat of the Programme in cooperation with the Hungarian first level control body is organizing an online workshop for the Hungarian Beneficiaries of all projects granted under the Programme on the 10th of November, 2021.

The Joint Technical Secretariat is organizing on-line training for Ukrainian Beneficiaries  on November 11, 2021. The purpose of the training is to increase awareness of the project implementation, clarify the rules for reporting and enlarge on the questions of the public procurement.  

HUSKROUA beneficiaries (lead beneficiaries and regular beneficiaries) are invited to an on-line workshop on the 12^th of November, 2021 (10:00-13:15 Bucharest time).

The Joint Technical Secretariat is organising on-line training for Ukrainian Auditors on November 4, 2021. The purpose of the training is to provide independent auditors with information on the functioning of the national system of management and control over the implementation of the Program, the conditions of use of grant funds and procedures for verifying the costs of projects.

Programme management bodies of HUSKROUA ENI CBC Programme 2014–2020 kicks-off series of online workshops, dedicated to the Lead Beneficiaries and Beneficiaries of the awarded projects within the framework of the 3rd Call for Proposals. Due to pandemic situation, some events will be organized through online platform. The first online event will be dedicated to Lead Beneficiaries on 30th of September 2021.

The Joint Technical Secretariat is organising a contract signing ceremony for one more bileteral Romanian-Ukrainian cross-border cooperation project that started implementation on the 1st of June, 2021. To-be contracted project with EU allocation of EUR 763,529.81 is awarded within the 3rd Call for Proposals.

Following the online workshops held for Beneficiaries in all participating countries in November, 2020, where among the others the INTERREG+ IT System was introduced in general, and the Beneficiary Report module in detail, the JTS in cooperation with the INTERREG+ office is organizing the next training on the use of the Project Report module.

The representatives of national and regional authorities of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, members of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Programme, will meet on-line on 18 of November, 2020 to discuss the results of the 3rd Call for Proposals and the decision on the award of the project within the 3rd Call for Proposals.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, acting as the Joint Managing Authority of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine ENPI CBC Programme 2007-2013, has the honour to invite grant beneficiaries of the Programme to the Closing Conference which is to be held in Nyzhnje Solotvyno, Ukraine (Derenivska Kupil Resort) on 21st March, 2019.

The representatives of national and regional authorities of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, members of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Programme, will meet on 20 March, 2019 in Nyzhnje Solotvyno, Ukraine to discuss the pre-contracting of projects awarded within the 1st and 2nd Calls for Proposals, as well as the content of the 3rd Call for Proposal.

The representatives of national and regional authorities of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, members of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Programme, will meet on 12 July, 2018 in Baia Mare, Romania to discuss the results of evaluation and select the projects within the 2nd Call for Proposals.

The representatives of national and regional authorities of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, members of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Programme, will meet on 24-25 April, 2018 in Košice, Slovakia to discuss the results of evaluation of the 1st Call for Proposals and the results of administrative and eligibility check of the 2nd Call for Proposals.

The Joint Technical Secretariat with the support of TESIM project will organise on 22 March 2018 in Nyíregyháza and on 17 April 2018 in Budapest two training sessions for quality assessors selected for evaluation of project applications submitted within the 1st and 2nd Calls for Proposals. 

The Joint Technical Secretariat with support of the TESIM project will organise on 26 July 2017 in Košice, Slovakia a Partner Search Forum to give potential applicants an opportunity to find suitable partners, and to start discussing together ideas and further steps for project development. 

The Joint Technical Secretariat together with TESIM will organise on 6 July 2017 in Uzhhorod, Ukraine and on 7 July 2017 in Satu Mare, Romania two workshops that aim to provide an in-depth capacity building tool for potential lead applicants and applicants within the ENI CBC Programmes.
