The Joint Technical Secretariat is extending the Call for Application to identify and select qualified and experienced professionals to become the Programme’s Romanian Branch Offices to be set up in the Satu Mare and Maramureș Counties.

The deadline is extended until 8 July 2019

The aim of the Call is to invite interested candidates possessing adequate experience and knowledge in the areas of cross-border cooperation, regional development, thematic objectives and priorities of the Programme concerned, as well as specificities of the Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine bordering region for setting up and operating Branch Offices in Romania :

  • one expert per Branch Office in Satu Mare and
  • one expert per Branch Office in Sighetu Marmației.

The Branch Offices will be established and operated by the hosting institutions, which are in the Programme eligible area:

  • Intercommunitary Development Association Satu Mare Council (ADI Satu Mare) and
  • Maramureș County Council as legal employer and Sighetu Marmației as de facto location.

For Satu Mare Branch Office, the applicants have to comply with the criteria listed in the Terms of Reference (available for download below) which also contains other important details related to the tasks to be performed. All interested candidates shall submit their applications via e-mail as detailed in point 4.1 of the Terms of Reference.

For Maramureș Branch Office, the selection criteria are the same as described above, however the procedures to follow are the rules and procedures for recruitment of the Maramureș County Council.
