The representatives of national and regional authorities of Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, members of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the Programme, decided at their meeting in Nyzhnje Solotvyno, Ukraine on 20 March, 2019 to launch the 3rd open Call for Proposals for regular projects in the 2nd quarter of 2019.

The JMC gathered at its 4th meeting to discuss the pre-contracting of projects awarded within the 1st and 2nd Calls for Proposals, as well as the content of the 3rd Call for Proposal. The members of JMC also reviewed the Programme implementation timeframe and Programme implementation documents.
