On 6 and 7 July the Joint Technical Secretariat organised with support of the TESIM project in Uzhhorod, Ukraine and Satu Mare, Romania two project preparation workshops for potential applicants within the ENI CBC Programmes. The workshops were based on interactive approach and included presentations, practical group work and plenary discussions delivered and moderated by Albert Sorrosal and Huseyin Akturk, TESIM experts.

Over 130 potential applicants attended the project preparation workshop in Uzhhorod and over 50 in Satu Mare to obtain and improve the skills and knowledge needed to develop a successful cross border cooperation project proposal: fitting project idea into an ENI CBC project framework, building project intervention logic, building a successful partnership, developing a sound project work plan, building project budget and financial plan.

The capacity building events tackled some of the main challenging aspects of a typical cross border cooperation project: how to fill in the project intervention logic, what are the tips to build up a strong partnership for project development and implementation, building a project work plan and financial planning.

The presentations and materials delivered by the TESIM experts can be downloaded from the event page.
